Data roaming
Hi, I am in Lanzarote at the moment and despite my data roaming being turned in I can’t connect to the internet. Can you help please?

Have you set your APN to mob.asm.net? Have you tried to connect to each of the available networks that your phone picks up when set to Manual Network?
