data problems

i have received a request to buy more data as my allowance is running low.  I already have   data add on and there are sufficient gbs in there for my needs.  Why doesn’t this automatically  work when my allowance is low?

    Carolin_1121932 Can you please explain a bit more?

    Normally, (and from memory) I believe you get  message when you only have 10% of your plan allowance left.

    If you have money in credit, you would need to choose where to spend it.
