Data not working after missed payment
Hi, I recently missed a payment on my sons plan, but paid it since. His phone calls and texts are working fine but he can’t use data, any help please? Turned phone off, checked plan is Upto date, APN...
AndrewC_3703547 If his calls and texts are working, firstly try a network status check for any local mast problem.
Next, check that mobile data is turned on in settings.
AsGordonK_4213188 says, check that he has data left on the plan.
If all the above fails, a web chat with Smarty Support is needed.
