Dashboard not letting me port number
Entered old number and PAC code - not being accepted. Checked and re-checked!
Can't find a number to chat to a human being either by voice or keyboard
HELP!!!

MichaelJ_195371 I would suggest checking the PAC code with your old provider first.
Also don't forget that it expires if not used within 30 days - is that a possibility?
Smarty do not have a number to call. In order to keep these smaller companies as good value, all customer service activity is done via web chat to keep costs down.
