damaged sim card. can i get my old number onto my new sim?

can i get my old number onto my new sim? cannot log into my old account because of phone verification and sim card id damaged. its a nightmare. any help will be much appreciated

    If you've got a registered email address for your SMARTY online account, you should be able to get your verification code by email johntru_1829404.

      my registered email address is asking for verification.... to my old broken sim card number
