Customer service contact
Hello, I orered an extra new sim and selected to save my number but they have tranfered my number to my existing smarty sim which i used as banking check number so I have lost that number and caused problems and still not got a new sim, with no way to contact them, any ideas? thanks

Customer service works via web chat. Many of the providers work this way to keep costs down.
