Crossed lines mobile to landline
Hi,
I called my dad earlier this week on his landline, but there was no dial tone or ring tone and the call did not connect. Ever since my dad has been receiving calls from my mobile, even though I have not called him since and there are no further calls to him on my call log.
My dad has bought a new landline phone, but it is still happening.
Does anyone know how I can resolve this please or has this happened to anyone else?

This is a new one for me. I’d be contacting the network who own your dads phone line to see why calls are still coming through even though you are not calling.
Thank you for your reply. I have spoken to my Dad's landline provider and there is a fault on his telephone line, so an engineer has been booked to fix this.
Apparently it is quite common, but hopefully this might be to help someone in the future if they have a similar problem.
