I need a smarty contact number I want to call you as soon as possible

Just so you know, Smarty DO NOT have a customer hotline/phone number. There are only two ways to contact them.
The best point of contact is through Webchat, otherwise it's a case of sending an email.

Have you tried a Network Status check for your area? Have you checked your Account Dashboard to make sure that you still have data available?

While I understand that you are not happy with the service from Smarty, there isn't anything we can do about it.
If you need a number to call, then you will need to choose one of the more expensive networks that offer it. smarty keep prices down by using web chat plus some email.

PennyBa_3136668 Can you tell us what the problem is then? If you gave a PAC code from your old network, then you expect it to move to your new Smarty sim - no?
