I need a smarty contact number I want to call you as soon as possible

Just so you know, Smarty DO NOT have a customer hotline/phone number. There are only two ways to contact them.
The best point of contact is through Webchat, otherwise it's a case of sending an email.

Hi I have got a new dongle as my old one broke I put my smarty sim in and it’s all connected but when trying to connect my device to the dongle it is saying it’s the wrong password but I am putting in what it says on the back of the new dongle
