I need a smarty contact number I want to call you as soon as possible

    Just so you know, Smarty DO NOT have a customer hotline/phone number.  There are only two ways to contact them.

    The best point of contact is through Webchat, otherwise it's a case of sending an email.

    You can get these details through the help articles created by Smarty.

      EugeneD_3533737 Follow the 'Contact us' link and you will see that you can complete a complaint form and have them contact you via email.

    Please could you supply email address as I can't find it. I also cannot get the chatbot on my app. Very frustrating

    My smarty account automatically terminated recently. I have ordered a new sim but want to keep the number

      Jeffrey_2880576 If you allowed your account to be terminated then it is quite possible that your number has gone as the sim was deactivated.

      You can web chat with Smarty Support to see if there is any chance of getting it back, but I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

    Thank you. I have a SMARTY data sim

    I now want to transfer a new sim that you have sent me to my mobile phone I have the port number from EE but when I go into my account it wants to transfer my data number. I want the new sim transferred

        sayfulalom51 Better get in touch with Smarty Support via web chat and ask if you can have it then as it is showing on the website as a current offer.

      Shafina_2725640  Smarty does not have a telephone contact number. Everything is via web contact to keep costs down.
