Complaint!
Hi I wonder of you can help me. I think Smarty is a Scam I have been using this network for more than 3 yrs and I am very disappointed to what happened!
I am on automatic renewal of my account payment I have checked it to my dashboard this morning and it has confirmed that my next renewal will be on March 9. However, I just received an email that the plan has expired. I find it confusing because I have paid for this month’s due payment! I badly need the internet earlier and I had trouble in it because I have no data! I had to ask a stranger to help me book a taxi so I can go home! Please can you fix this!

AnnMariel07 We cannot fix it because we do not work for Smarty - we are community forum members like you.
Smarty isn't a scam - I think it might be a bit difficult to totally fool well over a million people consistently.
Why don't you have a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check this for you. Before you do, just check your Account Dashboard to ensure that you did leave the auto-renew function enabled.
