Changing plans
I got an email from Smarty offering me 24GB of data for £8. I was on 8GB for £7. So I agreed to move to 24GB, however it's put me on 4GB for £6. I tried again to make sure I hadn't clicked on a different offer but it was the exact same thing and it's put me on the 4GB per month. Any help would be appreciated

Why not chat with Support via the web page - they can look at your account to see what has happened.
The Forum members don't have access to your personal details, so cannot help directly.
