DianeMu_2372954 If you order a new SIM card, you will need a new email address in order to register it.

If you need a new number due to being scammed, harassed etc, then have a web chat with Support Team who may be able to help you.

If you have a number with another network, you can ask them for a PAC code and then bring that number over to Smarty - the option is in your account dashboard.
