Change group owner
I was the owner of a group of 3 accounts. However I closed my account with Smarty as I got a company phone. Ideally I'd like to make one of the other two accounts the new group owner. I've read that I must disband the group, but I don't know how to do that. On the other hand everything seems to be working fine just as before with the two group members and me as the group owner even though my account is closed. So can I just leave everything as-is and continue as the group admin without an account? So far it seems to be OK....

Hi,
I've got the problem that I've signed up, but by mistake made my daughters number group admin and my number is a member. I'd like to switch it around but I can't leave the group as it says I don't have an online account. How do I get around this?- ClaireO_2584827SMARTY Pioneer13-05-2025

Thanks. I see it says: "The next time you try to log into your dashboard you'll see that your account has closed, however you are still the group owner and you will still have access to the other member accounts". So indeed I can remain the group owner without an active account. That works for me. Thanks again.
