Change Data plan to one on offer
Hi,
I am using Smarty on my mobile WIFI device, It seems to work great but I have noticed there are some offers out there for unlimited data that are cheaper than the renewal I can choose. What the best way of getting these deals? Do I have to order another SIM or can I get them another way?

AndrewW_3187926 You will need to web chat with Smarty Support so that they can re-provision your data-only sim remotely to accept calls/texts as well as data.
Once that has been done, you will be able to stop the auto-renew in your account and change to the plan of your choice.
