Hi. I have 3 sims currently being paid by myself. 1 is in use the other 2 are not. It says auto renew is off but I am still paying £4.50 a month each for 2 I no longer have. The numbers are 07401914992 and 07447377887. Can you please stop these payments

A. Please don't publish personal information on a public forum website.
B. We are not smarty staff and so cannot access your account.
C. You need to access each of the account separately to turn off auto-renew - it applies to each account rather than the group as a whole. You can click the blue icon for each one in the top right corner of account dashboard
