Can't vote in eurovision!

I just discovered the same problem, I only just switched to SMARTY last month and already thinking of moving - it would’ve been nice to know about this issue before moving or even having a clear explanation as to why it wasn’t working instead of the same repeated message on the call

I also added £10 so I could vote in Eurovision instead of having to rely on other people to do it for me. Annoyed it wasn’t made clear when they announced short codes that it wouldn’t include short code calls. 

It's horrible, having Smarty, to use a third-party operator from another country

So I cant vote for Eurovision?

Agreed, very frustrating, and not clear. I added £10 of add ons and then not able to use it. I think at the least, they should have a page outlining all the things you can't do with their service that other services allow

I’m super disappointed by this. I asked if it was possible to vote in Eurovision with their new short code add on in another thread and was told it was possible. Sick of this. 

As a big #Eurovision fan this is extremely annoying. My wife used to be on (ironically) 3 so we'd use her votes. I had forgotten this when she joined me on Smarty recently. So it's now a big issue. I suspect we'll be dropping one of our Smarty plans in time for next Eurovision if they don't fix it. Cheap is great, but cheap for a broken service is not worth the saving.
