Can't use Balance to buy add on

Hi there, 

I just topped up my account via paypoint and it is showing in my balance but how do I know use that to buy an add on? I click the add on and the only ways to pay are card, PayPal and Gpay.. no option for balance

    I’ve got exactly the same problem. I’m getting sick of this network. I have this problem all the time and when I try to contact them I just get a bit talking to me. Think I’m gonna change

    DaleHam_2091236  - you say that you can see your account balance in your dashboard.

    In that case, now click on the blue circle with an 'I' in it and you will get the info you need I think.
