Can't make calls in Tenerife
I arrived in Tenerife today. My phone is connected to the local network (YOIGO). Although I'm getting my data allowance, messages, etc, I am not able to make any calls either back to the UK or local....
Michael_2408837 Try turning network selection to manual and then choose another, perhaps Movistar.
I tried Orange and Vodafone. Both initially worked, but always reverted back to YOIGO after a couple of minutes with auto connect switched off. I've had to buy a Lebara sim locally. Not happy at all.
