Can't call out with new phone

Leonard_2705678 Any chance that it is somehow locked to the previous network that it was used on?
Does his Account show the correct number and an active Smarty plan?
Has he tried the 'turn it off and then back on' thing to try and force phone to connect to Smarty?
Is sim definitely correctly inserted in phone?
The old phone was using the same SIM card and worked fine; issues only happened when transferring to the new one. We tried taking the SIM out and putting it back it with no luck as well as turning it off and on again, still no signal.
Leonard_2705678 If the sim is working fine in another phone, then it sounds like this new phone has an issue.
Can you return it and get the seller to sort it?
