Cant activate my new Esim
I just transfered my number to this new Smarty Esim. I was with voxi. I works wonder when i was in paris but after yesterday i reached Manchester, i dont have any signal. I tried to delete and reinstall the esim, still can not activate. Help me here

FazalBu_4224571 I think that you may need to contact Smarty Support via web chat yto get a new activation code if you deleted the esim.
I tried multiple times. The website says “click the greenchat button”. But when i clicked it, itnis just a picutre and i downloaded the picture of the greenchat buttton instead. Idk how to do reach them at this point
