Cannot send mms messages
iPhone to iPhone normally uses iMessage and the limit is quite large. Using MMS, the limit is about 300Kb - https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/1155220-using-the-internet-after-you-ve-joined-smarty - this article shows the settings.

Size of mms? Was it sent to a standard UK mobile?
It's on android phone and to a radio station. I've pit in £10 add on and still cannot message
PhilipHa_863479 I'm guessing that the text was to a short 5 or 6 digit number. Unfortunately, Smarty does not currently support this short code sms system.
Therehave been very many posts on this forum concerning that, but smarty have not yet relented for some reason.
