Cannot make calls

my old number has been transferred now but i cannot make calls or receive them did not have trouble with my old provider

    Pauline_2079766  Have you checked the phone settings to ensure that it shows the correct number now?

    We're the same. Started a group plan for 3 of us but my daughter can't get any service. Did all the checks, ordered a new sim & still nothing. Went on webchat & was I the middle of it, as soon as it turned 8pm the operator disappeared. Really not impressed. That's a week now with no service!

      They sent me two sim cards and i put the wrong one in sorted now

      DeniseP  Forgot to say.....has your daughter logged in to her account to ensure that her sim was activated?

      DeniseP  If you cannot get any joy from the web chat today, raise a complaint to get it sorted.
