Cannot call my wife Smarty number
My wife and I are both Smarty users.
I have been a user for over a year( .My Wife move to Smarty a month ago() on my recommendation!.
We both successfully ported our old numbers over .
We found today if we tried to call each by the standard (non data)voice call we are referred to voice mail.
WE CAN CALL USING A DATA NETWORK - What App for instance
I can call other mobile users using Voice network - not data. .
Please answer and solve this problem

ColinAt_3602027 There seems to be another user commenting issues with calls, though their calls can connect, just that the other person cannot hear them well: Call problem.
Maybe contact support via Live Chat, mention that calling someone on the SMARTY network sends it to voicemail, but calling a number on another network works fine.
