Cancellation of plan £20 a month.
I wish to cancel my plan as it is no longer needed and i havent needed it since the 10th of December. Could I have a refund of £20 for the plan that has just renewed today. Thank you
Bronagh_3370088 The only way you can cancel is by turning off the auto-renew option in your account dashboard.
In addition, you are not actually writing to the agents on this forum page, so we wouldn't be able to access your account.
