My plan has renewed today and i do not want to

    HELENJa_1150096 I think you will find that if you look at your account settings, you have the plan set to auto-renew - https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/manage-plan

    You can change that or pause the plan for up to 6 months (you will get an email when you get near that limit); the sim deactivates and you lose the number if it is not used for more than that length of time.

    If you speak to Support Team via web chat and explain your error, then you can ask them if they will credit the plan sum back to your account to be used later. If you have been using the new plan, I doubt that you will get much joy though.

    You will need to contact a Smarty Agent through Webchat. They may be able to cancel your new plan.

    In order to stop this sort of thing happening again, you'll need to pause your plan.  You'll be able to do this for upto 6 months and still retain your account (and phone number) ensuring you start another plan before the end of the 6 months.
