Cancel my order and return money
Hi my kid Awais on my phone and ordered a sim accidentally how can I cancel my order I have been trying to cancel for sooo long

NaderKh_3391232 We are the community forum members and do not work for Smarty.
If you ordered a sim but did not pay any money, there is no charge involved. If you do not activate it then you won't be asked ro pay any money.
