Can not connect to server
For some reason i am getting a 'can not connect to server' message when dialing sometimes also some saying they can't get through to me

I constantly get "server unreachable" and either one of two messages:
The mobile network is unavailable please connect to a wifi network to call
Or
The wifi network is unavailable please connect to a mobile network to call
Driving me demented, even though I'm connected to both wifi and mobile signal I still get one or the other and can't make any calls or send texts.
PhilipEn_226159 Don't really understand - what server? What kind of number are you calling?
Perhaps people cannot get through to you if you are in a poor signal area.
