Can I re-ativate an old smarty SIM to get instant data access?
Hi, would really appreciate some advice to solve an internet emergency please! The internet in my office block is down for an unspecified amount of time and I need to get online quickly. I have Smarty SIM and dongle that I used a couple of years ago, and the account expired. If I renew my account and purchase a data plan, will it be available on my existing SIM/dongle? or would I have to wait to receive another one in the post?

HelenDo_1534218 If the account expired, the number will have been recycled. You will need to start afresh.
Have you considered nipping into a corner shop or supermarket and buying a new Smarty sim for a low cost? That would eliminate the wait for postal services.
