Calls to mobiles
I cannot make or receive mobile calls to my mobile

Does your account dashboard show an activated sim with a mobile number?
Does your account show an active smarty plan?
Have you looked at coverage checker for your area?
Have you looked at Network Status checker for your area to see if there is a made problem?
