Calls from 3 network saying I need a new sim
Anyone else being contacted by 3 network, saying I need a new SIM card for the 5g network, their asking for my details so they can send me a new 5g sim, I explained that I was with smarty and that my phone is working fine on 5g, they kept pushing for my details, I asked if I’m a customer of yours how come you don’t have my details, I politely told them that I would contact my provider smarty and ask them if I need a new card, they weren’t very happy and said well call back. Anyone else getting these calls

Smarty sims work on 5G as they are, so no need to change. In any case, if you suddenly found that your sim wasn't working for any reason, you could get a replacement directly:
