Calls and texts

Why can’t I receive calls and texts? Just changed to Smarty and not happy

    Christi_2049336 Have you activated your sim with a plan? Does the sim number and active plan show on your dashboard? If not, you will need a web chat with Support Team so that they can look into your account.
