By mistake I ordered a new simcard.
How to I cancel the simcard? I trued to add my plan but instead it ordered a new simcard. How do I cancel the new order? There is new number to call customer service directly!

TaiLuon_1380812 Assuming that you have not actually paid for the sim plan, then you do not need to do anything.
Only when you activate the sim and choose a plan would you need to pay for it.
