Awful Experience
Hi - I have had an awful experience with Smarty, I spoke to your dedicated line for people with additional needs. They were very unhelpful, I have since submitted a formal complaint.
I did set up a guardianship at the onset of the account, now I've learned that this was not recorded.
very disappointing!!

Just to point out that we are not Smarty employees here - we are simply customers like you who aim to help/signpost.
I would have suggested that you go to the 'Complaint' link on the Smarty website, but you seem to have discovered that, so hopefully someone further up the management chain can sort it for you.
