Avoiding a loop activating a 'Bonus SIM"
You make sure you are logged out of your existing Smarty account, then you go to the activation page, enter the SIM number as required, and create a new account with a new email address as part of the activation process.
I think the mistake a lot of people seem to make is logging into their existing account using the button at the top of the activation page.
I followed the activation link on a new device that was factory reset; no cookies, no account passwords. Entered the SIM code number as instructed and then begins the infinite loop of having to login or re-type the SIM code. I created a new account with a new email address on a new device. Go through selecting a plan AFTER entering the SIM code for the SIM I already have, and still I have to wait for a new SIM to arrive. The 'bonus SIM' thing just does not work. I have three of these bonus SIMs that I shall just place in the bin as this loop process is a joke. I am not stupid either; several degree level certifications/qualifications in aeronautical engineering, cybersecurity, networking, web design, mechanical/manufacturing engineering, risk management, t0p 5000 on TryHackMe. I have an idea of how to use tech and applications and am generally (on paper at least) considered to be smart/tech savvy. I am telling you the bonus SIM activation process is flawed and it is a common complaint. Just saying.
