Solved

"archive.org" is blocked. Why?

https://archive.org is blocked. I can't open it in any browser, but can open it using Opera's VPN. Why is this good website blocked?

NoSpam  Following up from the link JJP2 sent, it appears that it is not just Smarty / 3 who have blocked it.

While I am not necessarily saying that there is any problematic content on there, it seems interesting that most UK networks have flagged it as containing adult content. Luckily, you can have that block removed on your account quite easily and then there should be no problem for you.

I have removed adult content block on my account but still can't access archive.org.
