apps not working with smarty

My WhatsApp isn’t working with smarty network it’s just saying waiting for network how do I fix this
Jessica_2337533 Firstly, I'm assuming that you have an active sim and a current Smarty plan in place.
You need to look at Network Status Checker to see if there are any local problems.
Are other apps working? Dose Whatsapp have your correct number when you click on your name in Settings?

I’ve checked all my other apps and there working perfect it’s just WhatsApp that seems to be the problem I’ve tried to re set the app and nothings worked thankyou for your help!
Jessica_2337533 In your position, I think I would delete the app and then download and instal it again
