Appalling signal
Just switched to smarty from vodafone and its like going from fibre optic broadband to dial up.
Smarty 4g reception is non exiatant and if I turn wifi off I can't even call someone in my back garden. I have two work phones and three more mobiles in the address. All the other networks work except Smarty!
The app is a waste of time as nothing works. Get what you pay for I suppose. A 30 day only stay for me here.

It's always worth checking the signal in the area before you make a purchase, but TBH, I've found Smarty/3 to be the worst for signal in the areas I've lived in (and I've moved to different counties).
Half-the-time it's down to bottlenecking because there are so many other users in the area (or the reason I've been told).Presumably not good coverage for 3 network in your area then?
Always difficult to predict what service will be like unless you have a friend/family already using that network and they come to your home to check it.
