App shows wrong tel number!

Smarty App shows my original Smarty tel no, instead of my ported number. Confusing and frustrating. 

My ported number is active and working okay.

Any ideas how to get the app to show my correct number. I've restarted my phone numerous times and closed the app numerous times. 

Interestingly in phone settings, about, status in shows Smarty as the provider, but shows my number as unknown. Phone is a Huawei P20 Pro.
