App not good
App restarts while trying to do 2 step verification have 2 use 2 devices as if you minimise app it resets not good ok if you set up to use fingerprint

If you allow Face ID, does phone still require 2-step verification? Mine does not require it.
Is it maybe worth ditching the app and then downloading afresh?
Curious to know whereabouts you setup 2FA, or fingerprint unlocking, in the SMARTY app kevinno_1912314?
Are you using the iOS or Android version?iOS they set up 2 step just happened fingerprint on is in security settings in app
Okay, thanks kevinno_1912314 - found a "Privacy & security" option in the App security section of SMARTY app, which seems to be for "Screen lock" only, not for 2FA sign-in to the SMARTY app?
Do you know whereabouts I can find the 2FA option/setting in the SMARTY app?
