Answer phone set up

I cant set up my voicemail, I dial 123 and follow instrutions but when I enter a code it still keeps asking me to enter one.

Have you dialled 123 to try and set it up?

You DO have voicemail on Smarty, but I suspect you are expecting iPhone visual voicemail, which Smarty has never offered. 

Call 123 from your SMARTY SIM or +447782333123 from another device to access your voicemail.
