All my contacts have disappeared
StevenR_3358875 Contact list is not held in your Smarty account. If your phone is backed up e.g to a Google account, you should be able to sync the list back to your phone.

It seems like there might be a little issue with your syncing or account settings.
- Have you recently purchased a new device?
- What kind of device is it you are using?
No it not a new device and it is a Galaxy A54.
