Adult content without credit card help!
Hello all!
Hello all!
I wish to access adult content but don’t have a credit card. I have sent my passport photo and all information required twice to the email address, but heard nothing back. Anyone know who I can contact to take this further?

philipC_4277138 I think contact support and let them know you already sent evidence twice to the proofs email address.
Thanks so much for the quick response. I’ve clicked the link but can’t seem to find where to contact a human (all the suggested articles don’t seem to allow this).
Any further advice?any further advice?
Much appreciated.
philipC_4277138 Scroll down until you find the section saying 'How to get more help', and click 'Start a webchat'. There should also be a chat icon at the bottom right of the screen that you can click.
At first you will be put with a bot citing help articles, you need to type your query twice so it asks for more account information and get to a human.
