Adult content restriction lifting

Hi All

OK this is the last effort before I ditch this useless service provider. 

Everytime I want to watch a film or search for something that remotely crosses the adult content restriction boundary I get a big fat Youre not old enough message.

ive lost count of the credit card transactions or sending id/ DLicencev and codes I’ve even been emailing the h  ed loses who assure me the restriction has been lifted …. Really?

im back at square one and for the life of me I just feel like throwing the **bleep** smarty dim in the bin because nothing is ever simple on this site.

hasxanybody any ideas or is suffering the same?
