Purchased £15 add on total waste of money.
I was transiting in Dubai to the Philippines I was on the ground for one and a quarter hours sent two WhatsApp messages and according to Smarty utilised 84 MG blowing the £15 pounds the response from customer service pathetic unable to answer how I was able to use all that data!!!!!

You were travelling in Smarty’s roaming band 3 and roaming band 2, which are expensive.
The Smarty price guide tells you the current prices for roaming etc.
The best thing to do when travelling is to purchase a specialist travel eSIM from the likes of Sparks, Airalo, Holafly, etc.
