Add on
I have a large add on I bought last month but now my month has run out I still have 7gb left but don’t know to access it?

AngelaWr_966289 That add on will stay live and only be used at a time when you have used the data in your current plan. I have the same issue - it has been 'live' for over a year but I have not yet needed to use what is left.
