Add my Son's phone to my Group plan
Hello,
I currently have a smarty account and added my daughter within my group, I would also like to add my son who currently has a phone no. and handset, the current SIM is Vodafone. I would like to add him to the group with a smarty SIM but would like to maintain his current phone no.
What is the best option please?

Firstly, port his number from Vodafone to Smarty, which will take a couple of days (porting of numbers only happens Monday to Friday)
Then, once your son’s number has ported to Smarty, add him to your group in the same way you added your daughter.
Text PAC to 65075 *from your sons Vodafone phone* to get a PAC code, to enable his number to be ported to Smarty. The PAC code will be received by text within one minute.
