Active sim

I have a smarty SIM on my phone. I have also just set up a second SIM for data and want to activate it.....but it has posted one to me and I don't know how to activate the one I already have. I have paid for the additional package and don't want to wait for a different SIM

    Hi JamesEd_1072028 drop our team a message smarty.co.uk/contact they may be able to assign the SIM you have in hand to your account.

      You have explained nothing and so nobody can really offer you any help.

      I've changed from 02 to smarty I've put SIM in now I can't use phone no calls nothing

        Suechurch46  Firstly check your Account Dashboard to see that it shows an activated sim as well as a current smarty plan.

        If you have only just activated the sim, it can sometimes take up to a couple of hours to get fully live.

      But the contact page is an endless rabbit hole.

      How does ACTUALLY contact your team to request help in activating the sim supplied with the modem???

      I go to the <contact> page and only see links everything else except the link you suggested! 🤔🤔🤔

      Hi, I have a similar problem.btried to activate my SIM but having one sent to me instead. Only £5 but I already have a SIM I want to activate.
