How long does it take?

LouiseM_2055543 Usually fairly quick and as Tascha says, within 2 hours.
You should also be able to see on your dashboard when you have an active sim and Smarty plan.
Hi LouiseM_2055543 activation can take up to 2 hours however if you restart your device it can happen much quicker!
Tried that. Sim was activated at 5pm yesterday and still showing no service in both my phones
