Have you Activated the sim log into account and activate then on main page in dashboard it shows do you want to port in you number or click on settings my number than enter mobile number and 2nd Box the Pac code

She will need to start by activating the sim - this will give her a new random number - and then request a transfer using the PAC code from the old network. 

Don't forget that weekends and bank holidays do not count. She can request the transfer on Tuesday 11 April and it should go through by 5pm on the next business day.
